Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to help our team process your request faster.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once it is scanned into the system.
